Match the selected option, multiply the confirmed unit price by quantity, and keep each additional quote on its own basis.
A catalogue reference helps you shortlist products. An order budget needs the current selected option and separately quoted charges. Use this worksheet before treating a product subtotal as the amount you will pay.

Confirm what the unit price buys
Open the exact offer and record the seller URL, selected size and color, quantity and included pieces. A title match is not enough when one option includes a box, a set or different accessories. Keep the quotation date and source currency with the amount.
Keep each cost line on its quoted basis

Do not add a parcel charge once per item unless the quotation explicitly uses that basis. A missing quote is not zero. Keep different currencies separate until a current conversion or payment basis is supplied.

Compare the current selected option with your saved notes. Check whether each charge is per item, per parcel or per payment and whether it is already included elsewhere. If a required line remains unknown, keep the delivered total unresolved.
