Compare the same footwear type, size basis and selected colorway. Request useful side, heel, toe, outsole and label views. Treat fit, material claims and authenticity as separate questions.

Choose the role of the pair
Decide whether you want an everyday low-top, a technical-looking runner or a larger statement shape. Compare your candidates against the trousers and colors you already wear. A familiar model name is not enough to establish that a particular listing meets your needs.
Compare the silhouette from several angles
A side photograph can hide the shape of the toe, heel or outsole. Look for both sides and a view from above. Compare the actual selected colorway, including panel placement and visible finishes. Keep any authenticity question separate: photographs alone do not establish it.
Ask what the size number means
Check whether the chart is based on foot length or insole length. Those values are not interchangeable. Compare the stated method with your own measurement and review any listing-specific fit notes. If you are between sizes, obtain clarification rather than applying a universal sizing rule.
Include packaging in the comparison
If keeping the box matters to you, confirm whether it is included and how the agent handles packaging. Parcel dimensions can affect freight calculations. Do not assume the lowest item price includes the same packaging as another seller’s offer.
Keep three records, not thirty
For each finalist, write the exact link, size, colorway, price basis and one unresolved question. Review available QC on the current product record. Use outfit previews to explore styling, then make the product decision using the physical measurements and available listing evidence.
Start with two sneaker records, then check the size basis
A low-top and a running-style shoe can share a size label without sharing a shape or measurement method. These title-based examples help you ask about the chosen pair; they are not a comfort or authenticity test.
